How to order

    Install the app

    Download Nimble Mart from the App Store or Google Play. You can sign in with your phone number later, at checkout.

  2. 02 / 04

    Set your address

    The app shows the products and prices of the store that delivers to your address.

  3. 03 / 04

    Fill your cart

    Prices are in tenge and are not subject to VAT. The delivery fee is shown before payment.

  4. 04 / 04

    Place and receive your order

    Verify your phone number and choose an available payment method. Our courier brings your order to your door — delivery from 15 minutes.

Where we deliver

A courier brings your order to your address. The app shows the exact delivery area once you enter your address.

Payment

Online — by Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay card, with Apple Pay or Google Pay. On delivery — in cash or by card through the courier's terminal. There is no payment fee.

For online payment, the order amount is first reserved on your card. After picking, the final order total, including delivery, is charged.

Payment security

Card details are entered on the secure payment page of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Halyk epay) with 3D Secure verification. The connection is encrypted with TLS. Nimble Mart never receives or stores the card number, expiry date or CVV.

Cancellation and returns

An order can be cancelled through support until it is handed to the courier. Defective items or an incomplete order are replaced or refunded. Refunds go back to the card used for payment.
