Payment security
Card details are entered on the secure payment page of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Halyk epay) with 3D Secure verification. The connection is encrypted with TLS. Nimble Mart never receives or stores the card number, expiry date or CVV.
Delivery
Our courier brings your order to your address. Delivery availability, the fee and a precise time estimate are shown at checkout.
Cancellation and returns
An order can be cancelled through support until it is handed to the courier. Defective items or an incomplete order are replaced or refunded. Refunds go back to the card used for payment.
